My husband and I recently stayed at Best Western in Neosho for four nights. The location was perfect, close to main roads, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the key to our room worked flawlessly every time. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated the plastic cover over the mattress. The bathroom had a working fan and heat lamp, a spacious shower area, and a large sink counter. The room decor was tasteful, with good quality wooden furniture. The amenities, such as the thermostat and clock radio, were convenient and user-friendly. The room was spotless, and even the TV remote was cleaned and disinfected. There was also a card in the room asking for any requests or feedback. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Did not receive best price as guaranteed by Booked.net Had to have my key programmed twice, which is merely annoying. Non-smoking room, but hall ways reeked of smoke.

Great location in the countryside, surrounded by farms 🌾. The hotel is conveniently situated close to many attractions and restaurants in town.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a quality hotel in Neosho. The location was great, tucked away just off the main road so it wasn't noisy at all. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options from yogurt and oatmeal to eggs and waffles. It was truly one of the best motel breakfasts I've had in a long time.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.

The hotel looks nice and new. The b-fast was nice.

When we checked in I gave them a form for state tax exemption that our university gets at hotels for being a state institution and the person was very reluctant to process this at first. I insisted and then he called the manager and confirmed I should not be charged the taxes. Then I asked for a receipt and he told me they couldn't give me one since I did not make the reservation through them, but online. I told him I made it through Booked.net precisely because they don't charge me, but the hotel does. Next day the manager said I could get a receipt and the person who checked us in was new, but she did not apologize or anything. It was just not a friendly staff. The toilet in my room was clogged and since I checked in late at night I reported it next morning. I told the manager, but she didn't seem very concerned I spent the whole time using the restroom by the lobby, just told me she would send someone to fix it. You can smell cigarettes in the entrance, elevator and sometimes in the corridors. My room was non-smoking and didn't smell bad, but I guess they allow smoking in some rooms or people may be smoking outside just by the air system.

The double room with a comfy bed was fantastic. Tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator were a nice touch. The location was absolutely perfect, close to many areas, restaurants, and Neosho, MO. It's just a 15-minute drive from Crowder College.
